WPS small group plans are available in a range of coinsurance and copay options that meet your employees' needs and protect your bottom line. All meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. Plus, our prescription drug benefit features tiered copayments to maximize cost efficiency and value. You can offer your employees a choice of up to four benefit designs, each with a different combination of deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. WPS HealthyChoices Copay

Choose from a range of deductibles, coinsurance, and copay options that meet your employees’ needs and protect your bottom line. This plan features coverage for a broad array of medical services, including first-dollar coverage for preventive services, such as annual exams, lab tests, and screenings.

WPS HealthyChoices HDHP

This lower-premium, HSA-qualified plan empowers employees to budget and pay for qualified medical expenses using tax-free dollars from their own health savings account. The employee-owned and employee-controlled funds can roll over from year to year, and the account moves with your employees.

HSA-Qualified High-Deductible Health Plans Available

The WPS Small Group HDHP plan features low premiums and a Health Savings Account (HSA) that lets employees budget and pay for qualified medical expenses using tax-free dollars. The employee-owned, employee-controlled funds can be rolled over from year to year, and the account moves with the employee, providing a sense of security. For more information, view our HSA FAQ.

WPS Self-Funded Plans for Small Businesses

WPS Freedom Flex plan provides many options for businesses with 25 or more participating employees who want to customize their coverage and maximize their benefits. WPS Freedom Essentials plan offers businesses with 10 or more participating employees the chance to get more direct control over health insurance costs with a smartly designed plan that works right out of the box.

With these plans, your business funds the health plan and makes all the decisions, while WPS Health Insurance takes care of the administrative work. The better you manage the health of your employees, the more money your company saves. Plus, because these plans are self-funded, they are exempt from many Affordable Care Act requirements, which eliminates some of the uncertainty and expenses.
