- At least nine characters long (no more than 20), and must contain at least:
- One letter
- One number
- One upper case character
- One lower case character
- One of the following special characters: pound signs (#), dollar signs ($), percent signs (%), ampersands (&), underscores (_), or hyphens (-)
- Cannot contain spaces cannot be the same as the previous 4 passwords
It may help you remember your password if you think of the numerical and special characters as letter symbols or use a short sentence as the password. We recommend passwords not contain your first name, last name, username or dictionary words.
No, you do not need to reenroll each year. Your plan is guaranteed renewable as long as you pay your premium and there’s no fraudulent misrepresentation.
No, you do not have a provider network. You can see any doctor that accepts Medicare assignment.
Medicare assignment means a provider agrees to accept Medicare’s approved amount as full payment for a service. When a doctor accepts assignment, Medicare pays them directly and you’re only responsible for your deductible or copay. Providers who do not accept assignment may charge more and you could pay higher out of pocket costs.

Original Medicare is the federal health program that includes Part A (hospital) and Part B (medical) coverage. A Medigap plan is optional private insurance that you can buy to help pay the out-of-pocket costs that Original Medicare doesn’t cover, such as deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
It depends. If you have a WPS Medicare Supplement High-Deductible Insurance Plan, foreign travel services are included. If you have the WPS Medicare Supplement Insurance Base Plan that includes optional riders, you would need to purchase the optional Foreign Travel Emergency Rider to have coverage. Please call customer service if you are unsure of your coverage or if you would like to add the Foreign Travel Emergency Rider to your base plan coverage.

A Medigap plan is optional private insurance that you can buy to help pay the out-of-pocket costs that Original Medicare doesn’t cover, such as deductibles, copays and coinsurance.
Medicare will process the claim and then submit it electronically to WPS, then WPS will process our portion of the claim.
You can check the status of a claim through your WPS customer account. If you have not registered for an account, you can register at any time.
