Thank you for choosing WPS for your individual or Medicare supplement health coverage! Now that you’ve signed up for your health plan, please let us know how you prefer to pay your monthly premium. Our recommendation is to elect a recurring payment method to ensure on-time premium payments.

Automated Clearing House (ACH)

Use your personal checking or savings account to have your monthly health insurance premium electronically deducted on the recurring date of your choice.

Recurring date options include:

  • The first of each month when premium is due
  • The 20th of the month prior to your due date

Complete our Payment Option Form and return via email to billing@wpsic.com or fax to 608-223-3639.

Please note: If the recurring date you selected falls on a weekend or holiday, the premium will be electronically deducted on the next business day. If you wish to remove or update your payment method, please do so a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the premium due date.

By submitting this form via electronic means, I acknowledge that there are risks associated with transmitting my PHI via unsecure email, including that it may be intercepted, forwarded, and printed and stored by others. I understand the risks involved in sending unsecure email and understand that WPS Health Solutions is not responsible for unauthorized access of PHI while in transmission.

Recurring Debit or Credit Card Payment

Use your personal debit or credit card to automatically deduct your premium payment on the recurring date of your choice.

Recurring date options include:

  • The first of each month when premium is due
  • The 20th of the month prior to your due date

Please note: If the recurring date you selected falls on a Sunday or holiday, the premium will be electronically deducted on the next business day. If you wish to remove or update your Payment Method, please do so at a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the premium due date.

Medicare Supplement

Except for the first premium, any premium not paid to us by the date due is in default. For each premium not paid when due, there is a grace period beginning with the date due during which you must pay the premium unless you have notified us in advance that you want to end this policy. The grace period is 31 days after the premium due date. This policy's coverage is in force during the grace period.

On and off exchange

The premium payment is due on the first day of each calendar month. Each premium payment must be paid by the end of the grace period in order to maintain coverage. If premium is not received, the policy will terminate for non-payment of premium.

Except for the first premium, any premium not paid to us by the first day of a calendar month is in default. For each premium not paid when due, there is a grace period beginning the first day of the calendar month during which you fail to pay the premium. The grace period is as follows:

  • If you are receiving advance payments of the premium tax credit and have previously paid at least one full month’s premium, your grace period is three months.
  • If you are not receiving advance payments of the premium tax credit, your grace period is 10 days.
