Important Announcement Regarding 2023 Plans

Beginning Jan. 1, 2023, WPS Health Plan will no longer be offering health plans on the Health Insurance Marketplace®. As a result, if you currently have an ACA-compliant health plan it will be auto-enrolled with another carrier effective Jan. 1, 2023; however, WPS Health Plan will still offer the same great ACA-compliant plans off the Health Insurance Marketplace. If you would like to continue your health plan with WPS Health Plan in 2023, please click here to begin the enrollment process.1

1WPS Health Plan off-Marketplace plans are not eligible for premium subsidies and if customers elect a WPS ACA-compliant plan for 2023, they will need to go to healthcare.gov to cancel their 2023 Marketplace plan.

WPS is changing how copays are applied in certain situations, beginning with services provided on or after Jan. 1, 2023. When a nurse practitioner or physician assistant is acting in a specialist role, we will apply the copay for specialists if it is different from that applied to primary care. This may result in a change in how your copay has been assigned in the past; however, this action is correct according to the member’s benefit plan.
