  • Must contain a minimum of 9 characters and maximum of 20 characters
  • Must contain at least 1 upper case character
  • Must contain at least 1 lower case character
  • Must contain at least 1 number
  • Must contain at least 1 special character($, #, _ , -, %)
  • Cannot contain spaces
  • Cannot be the same as the previous 4 passwords
  • We recommend passwords not contain your first name, last name, username, or dictionary words
