If you have a WPS individual or fully-insured group health plan1, you have access to telehealth services from Teladoc Health. You can talk to board-certified doctors by phone or video 24/7. You can request a visit on demand or schedule it for the time that works best for you. Use it at home, work or while traveling. Doctors can even prescribe medication when necessary.

Primary360 offers convenient access to high-quality primary care that revolves around you—your lifestyle, your needs and your health. It starts by selecting a primary care provider and building an ongoing relationship with a dedicated Care Team that gets to know you as a person.
Mental health services are available for customers age 18 and older. You can get care from board-certified psychiatrists, psychologists, or licensed therapists for help with anxiety, eating disorders, depression, family difficulties, and more. Set up an appointment any day of the week between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time.
Therapy and support is available for teens ages 13-17. Mental health consultations are available for eligible dependents between the ages of 13-17. Consultations with a therapist are available for adolescents. You can access your Teladoc Adolescent Mental Health service at any time. Dermatology services are available! Take advantage of dermatology services for psoriasis, skin infections, eczema, and other skin conditions via the Teladoc app or website. You get care from dermatologists by uploading images of your skin condition to a secure online message center. The doctor replies via the same secure message center within two business days and you can follow up with the doctor at no extra cost within seven days after the visit.
For plans with a telehealth visit copay, the copays will be the same for mental health2 and dermatology services as for general medical services. For all other plans, the fees billed are subject to the plan’s deductible and coinsurance3. If you're scheduling an annual checkup, your P360 fee will be waived in accordance with your benefits policy.
