If you’re a WPS Medicare supplement insurance base plan member in Wisconsin1, you now have access to a participating YMCA membership at no additional cost.

Eligible members in Wisconsin must enroll to participate. Simply select your preferred participating YMCA location and visit in person to enroll. You’ll be able to access that location and any other YMCAs within the same association.
Find a participating location you would like to call your preferred location.
Take your customer WPS ID card and visit your preferred location in person.
Visit the front desk to speak with a YMCA staff member. They’ll verify your eligibility, help you enroll and give you a YMCA membership card. You can ask them any questions about the facility or your membership.
Amenities and equipment will vary by location. You can contact the YMCA location ahead of time to ask about what they offer.
There is no additional cost to enroll in this program. This program is included in all Wisconsin WPS Medicare supplement base plans.1
If someone already has membership at one of the participating YMCAs, they will need to have their membership transferred by YMCA staff to a WPS paid membership.
Please call the Customer Service number on the WPS Customer ID card with any trouble enrolling in this program.
