Due to the volume of ERAs and EFT enrollments WPS receives, processing could take up to 30 days after WPS receives an enrollment. Our dedicated team works diligently to process enrollments in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide the best service possible to meet the demanding needs of our providers.

Please remind your providers that if they would like to begin receiving electronic remittances and electronic fund transfers, they should set up an account through CAQH EnrollHub; please note CAQH EnrollHub enrollment submission is not applicable for Medicare and TRICARE Overseas Program—see below.

Electronic Claims Submission is still handled by our WPS Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Department. Click to enroll for (EDI) Electronic Claims Submission.

Currently, electronic 835 ERA enrollment requests for Medicare and TRICARE Overseas Program are still under construction. In order to set up for electronic remittance, please contact our EDI Department to request the agreement.
