Help Desk Closures

To maintain high quality and consistency in our service, our EDI lines will be closed for training from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CT (9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET) on the second and fourth Friday of each month. During this time, EDI support representatives will not be available. However, the IVR system and portal will remain accessible.

WPS EDI will also be closed in observance of the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• Presidents Day
• Memorial Day
• Juneteenth
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Veterans Day
• Thanksgiving
• Day After Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day
