To access iExchange, a User ID, password, and iExchange Group ID are required. New users should check with their office administrator to obtain a user account.
If your office has not already created an iExchange account, please complete the information below and click submit. Within 10 business days, your administrator will receive an email with an assigned iExchange Group ID, User ID, and temporary password for you to access the tool.
If you are new to the office and the office already has an iExchange Group ID, please contact your office administrator to create an account.
The term "provider" includes physicians, professional providers, and facility providers.
